Yea, it's annoying for portuguese servers trying to compete with servers that are not portuguese

True, these servers are not Portuguese. The host is Romanian.

In order for an admin to do anything about it, the flag needs to be changed to something not reasonably close to the physical location. Until that happens, GT admins will not do anything.
