On the banners, some screenshots maps are not available. How to fix it? Or where they can be downloaded to display normal the map?

To upload a map image, visit a server page running the particular map. Underneath the blank map image, you'll see a Upload a new image! link where you can submit an image. All of the images on the site are user contributed.
