Over the past few weeks my server cinema.cerealbox.net was being ddosed and this caused gametracker to be unable to reach my server. The ddos has stopped but it seems like gametracker has deleted my server and reset all the player stats!

Yes, if your server is down for an extended period, it will be automatically removed.
