One of the following suggestions may help you:
Your server is currently offline. GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again. You entered the wrong query port. Please update your query port and hit scan again Your server is firewalled. Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses: 208.167.241.190 208.167.241.185 208.167.241.186 208.167.241.183 208.167.241.189 108.61.78.147 108.61.78.148 108.61.78.149 108.61.78.150 Your server isn't configured to respond to scan requests. To configure your server to respond properly to GameTracker.com scan requests, please visit the forum thread here http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258 ![]() |

I tried the procedure in 42258 and set everything up in there as stated... I used a telnet program to connect to port 10011 and Telnet connected fine, but it still will not work... Any other ideas?

You have not posted an IP, Join Port, and Query Port of a TS3 server for me to test.

I now have a 2nd problem.... Every time it connects and then disconnects I get a couple message "A User has entered your channel" and "A User Has Timed Out"... How do I get rid of that message? It seems to happen every 15 to 30 seconds.
Thanks Sparkie951 Savannah Group Servers http://www.savannahgroup.net |

If you're asking about query clients, this information is again readily available to you by clicking the link in the add server error message... or else you can just click the link in the message I copy pasted above.

I have all of that working now... I am not sure what the problem was with the announcements coming every few seconds but it is all working now.
