Everything was working the other day and nothing has been changed. It shows as offline on the tracker when its actually online.

If you're referring to the TS3 server in your favorites, for some reason the owner of the server went in and removed the query permissions. Please feel free to get in touch with that person and request they re-enable the query permissions for guest.
