Unfortunately you would not be able to use the DNS feature to move rank to that server because the join port has changed. In that case you are only able to move historical player data with the Migrate Stats button.

If i change the port 28015 for new ip, the rank will be moved?

There would be no need to put the DNS on the new page, just the original.

If the DNS is already propagated, it should only take up to 24 hours.
