Followed everything on the mine craft forum on how to claim it, and it is still not working.
Also my TS3 is unclaimable for some reason. (nothing has changed for that in 6 months) |

It should be saying that your account needs to be active for a week before being able to claim the server. That would mean about 2 days until now.
