Hello GT team,

is it possible to "shorten" the waiting time of a week for new accounts to be able to claim servers?
I am planning to get a premium account here, would that enable me to claim my server right away?

Having no possibility to change my severs locations (its totally wrong at the moment, i guess its because my servers are hosted in azure cloud and their public IP is mapped to US, but actually the servers are in europe!) is quite bad

There is no feature to get around the delay but you're welcome to post a link to the servers that you intend to change and we can change it.

There is no feature to expedite the delay but you can always use the Report Abuse feature if you need to delete a blog post or something. Or create a topic in the forums for help.
