In your case, your account is not quite old enough to claim a server so the other satisfactory options would be best.

It's a bit stupid system u have. If user with same username added server why he won't be able to delete him whenever he want's ? It's he's server and he paid for it, here is just added to show and follow stats.

1) see above
2) If the server was added recently, it might be removed after a few days of downtime. The longer it was here, the longer it will take..

If you can explain, with certainty, how adding a server to the site provides without a reasonable doubt that the individual owns the server, please tell me. Specifically, if I go to the ingame server list, find a random server, then add it to the server list, how do I now magically own the server?

Simply unfavorite the server. Problem solved to your satisfaction!!
