im adding a minecraft server from ip address 209.126.98.200:9999 it keeps saying it cant scan the server. i do not know what the exact query port is or how to find it, we are using multicraft.

If that does not help, please check your firewall next to make sure the port is open.

i have done everything in the help topic. there is no firewall in front of the server so thats not an issue. i assigned a query port via the server properties and made sure that it was correct in entering it. I have followed the instructions to a T
