Our server at 167.114.1.184:27018 is querying port 27015 instead of 27018, but we cannot seem to fix this, we try to add the server with the correct query port but it says the server is already in the database

This is what happens when your server host changes the default query port and doesn't inform you.. never mind, i'll just get them to change the port since it looks like too much time and trouble to get it solved here.
