Hi there.
I have (had) 10 servers that are monitored through game tracker, and have been relatively successful with keeping servers and widgets up to date, until now. The last week or two 7 out of the 10 servers (which are all live and running 24/7 with players and activity non-frequently throughout the day) have not been scanning properly, and showing as dead (offline) when they are in fact all from the same ip, same server, and all running. The 9 servers that are not running are in fact in the same group on my website, and it is always the same servers. The top row of 3 servers (on my site) scan every 5 minutes or so and show as online unless the internet here drops out, of which after 20mins they are back up online. However the next 7 used to show as offline and always said last scanned about 5 hours ago. Always showing as offline, even though they are online and people are playing on them. These have now been 'removed from the gametracker website', and i need help returning their stats please. This is really upsetting as players cannot see their stats now, and I am hoping to hell that they have not been completely wiped off. Please could you help me work out what is causing this, and how we can get the stats back on, as they have been clocking up for about a year now and its really important that they don't get lost. Thank You for this. I hope that this can be sorted. for now i will not re-add them to game tracker as i dont want it to potentially limit the avaliability of recovering the stats. The website where they are all located is http://TechnicallySquare.co.uk/ They all use the no-ip address of technicallysquare.ddns.net The ports that are still online are: 27015, 27017 ,27016 The ports that seem to have been removed incorrectly are: 27030, 27018, 27019, 27028, 27029, 27040, 27060 Thank You in advance, Jai Sir Butternut Squirrel |

GameTracker scans your server less frequently when it is down. Sometimes the last scan time can appear longer than it was.
This thread is definitely helpful in determining how your server was deleted: http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=108257 Based on the fact that the servers are currently either offline or you are blocking traffic on those ports, it's safe to say they were removed for extended downtime. Please contact your server provider and request them to check those ports in their firewall. If you are hosting from home for some reason, you'll also need to check the ports in your router, if applicable. Based on checking the 3 online servers, I do notice significant latency. That could definitely play a factor as well. ![]() |
