I have found that clicking the 'Update DNS' in the management page will bring one back to life, if it's actually up as you say yours is.

It's rare for it to happen in my experience, but it has happened a few time over the years. This has always brought it back for me.

You don't actually need to change anything, just leaving the settings as is and clicking has worked for me.

I may have made a foolish assumption but...

Do you actually have your host name/address such as 'www.oreo-network.net' in the dns 'space' on the management page?

I may be that ours works because our host name/address does actually point to our game hosting server?

Your www.oreo-network.net resolves to 185.28.20.230, which is obviously not the same as your server IP address displayed: 40.118.7.130

When I tried to ping (ICMP echo) to 40.118.7.130, I got 'Request timed out'.
This would suggest that the IP is wrong, or the firewall is blocking, or the host server provider network is down.
That's not absolutely guaranteed of course, as you / your server host may intentionally be blocking ICMP echo?

A tracert to 40.118.7.130 produced a similar result. After 14 'hops' I got 'Request timed out'. This would normally indicate to me that the ICMP echo is blocked, but I am not an expert.

I'm not sure if that's any help to you.
