i have add my server to the list and now i want to claim the ownership but it say me:

We were unable to verify that your server name is 'GameTrackerClaimServer'

In order to claim ownership of your server you must temporarily rename it to contain the phrase:
GameTrackerClaimServer

This server is currently named:
[GER] MinoriaGaming | 60k Start | Craft, Housing, Gang - System

Please check your game server config file, restart the server, and try again.

What is mean? And how i can claim the ownership?

Exactly as it says: Name your server "GameTrackerClaimServer"
Claim server.
Change name back to whatever you like.

In some games this can be done from the server console.
In other games the server configuration file must be changed and the server restarted.
