Hello,
We´ve got a new Server of our Provider because of EA-Backend connection issues. The ip of the Server changed because of this but the serverid.dat is the same (same battlelog link). I´ve had to claim the Server again because of the new ip. Now im not able to migrate the Playerstats of the old Server to the new one because im not able to get the old Server online again. Migrating stats shouldn't require the server to be online (unless you didn't claim it ahead of time, of which it would be pointless to migrate player stats).

On the server page, the owner will have a 'Manage' button.
From the SERVER MANAGEMENT screen / section, it is possible to 'Reset Player Stats' I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
