Hello.

So I'm from Bulgaria and my minecraft server is Bulgarian.But I use a a host who is from France,Therefore the server is showed as from France in gametracker.

My question is if you can change it from showing France to Bulgaria.

A server owner can update the location in the Manage server page.

Can someone change it now or i need to wait 7 days?

It's not anything to do with me, as I have nothing to do with Gametracker...

But I would guess not.
Logically, until you are the server owner, you can't prove that it's your server.
Of course, by the time you can own the server and can prove it's yours, you can do it yourself.

Just my guess though.

On the plus side; only 4 days to go
Just remember, gametracker (USA) is in a different time zone to you, so 4 days may be a few hours later than you think.
