When our server hits a pop of around 144 Gametracker starts reporting the server is dead

Look at pages for other servers.
Gametracker was 'down for maintenance' and all appear to be the same. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. that would account for todays "dead" but not for the 3 previous days

And again as soon as it hits 144 starts reporting as dead

If your server is truly not responding to the query after 144 players, I would suggest first undoing the changes you made at the time this started to occur. Once you do that, you can then go through one by one and see which specific change caused it.

there has been no changes to the server since this has started to happen . it has just started happening . there was no game updates since the 20th of November . no windows updates since the 1st of November

New update with the game and still is showing up dead after 144 population

Your server is still not completing the query response. Until it does, GT will continue to show it down when it is in error.
