Hi,

As of recently my server isn't been tracked by Game Tracker, it keeps giving me the message "THIS SERVER CANNOT BE SCANNED". I have contacted my host to double check if they have a firewall on or if there is anything blocking Game Tracker connections but they have said they could not find any issues with our international connectivity which could be inhibiting this issue, they then suggested me to contact Game Tracker. I have two servers scanned by Game Tracker, both on the same box but different IPs, one of the server is tracked by Game Tracker fine and the other has been defined as "dead" for the past few days. Thanks, i've passed on that information to my host to double check that.

Doesn't seem like a server exists at .18. Have you tried joining it to make sure it is still running, and is running on the same IP:Port, and querying it in a tool like HLSW? No response. Garry's Mod doesn't have any special configuration for querying, so it's most likely a network issue.

If applicable, check any recent mods and other things you may have changed on the server recently.

The IP is definitely running at "43.245.161.18:27015", the server has been up with players for the past few days. I haven't moved servers or changed IP's recently either, i've joined and so have many others many times with no issue. I have had a look at our addons and scripts and nothing should be affecting the network, or preventing Game Tracker from scanning my server.

I've also checked with my host, 43.245.161.18 is definitely pingable from the HE and NTT looking glasses

The server now has been removed off Game Tracker, i still can not add the server to Game Tracker. It unfortunately gives me the message that Game Tracker couldn't scan my server. Is there anything i could do to troubleshoot this issue?

I think the easiest thing you could do is download a tool like HLSW (hlsw.org) and make tweaks to your firewall until it's able to find your server.

My other server on the same box is scanned by Game Tracker fine, i don't see why this would be an issue for one of my servers. I've also just tried connecting to my server using HLSW and it seems to be working 100% fine.

Unfortunately we do not provide direct support for helping you manage your network. I'm guessing you wouldn't even want to post complete information about your network on a public forum either.

I'm glad to hear HLSW is working for you. That's definitely information that could be helpful for you. I'm not quite sure why you would be the only one able to do so, unless you were doing so on the same network.

I am not connecting to my server on the same network with HLSW, https://gyazo.com/164b0d666cd8d7a5da6971911250fee0, HLSW seems to be able to scan for my server. Is there any way you could add my server to Game Tracker? The IP and port is 43.245.161.18:27015, it is a Garry's Mod server located in Australia. I keep getting the "We couldn't scan your server" message unfortunately, the server is 100% online and running.
