In general, how often are servers scanned? Just curious since today, and on other days, there were 7-10 players on for 20-25 mins. between 3-5pm and Gametracker historical data doesnt acknowledge they were ever on.

Servers are typically scanned every 1-4 minutes.
Keep in mind that historical data graphs show averages per hour. If GameTracker saw 10 players for exactly 30 minutes, the chart would show 5. Happy fraggin' new year!
