How to report a server using fake players ?

I mean what should be in the report so that GT support approve my report and delete server from rank ? As i have reported servers using fake players and GT didn't did anything :\

At this time, we require legitimate reasons to do anything to a server page. You should put the actual reason in the message. All reports are checked individually to verify it actually qualifies as something actionable.

Unfortunately, as many CS server owners want us to, we cannot arbitrarily ban servers they have an obsessive vendetta against.
