Hello, recently it's been noticed that after a player changes there name they've stopped accumulating points. Is there a way to fix this? Update the name. Or completely reset the rank maybe

The server owner can reset the player rank on a player or the whole server, but that means the player(s) end up having no rank/score.

Gametracker only knows players on a server by the name they are currently playing under.
If they play under a different name, then that new name accumulates score/points and rank.
