Since i register my minecraft server on gametracker.com it has appear like: -- Unnamed -- with 0/0 players online. My server it's up since last week and it's still look the same. I've changed the query port 2 times but still nothing.. please help me out!

The server name is only dependent on your server's name.

For some reason, you added the server with query port 21.

I would suggest going through the Minecraft guide a second time:
http://www.gametracker.com/games/minecraft/forum.php?thread=58741

Your query port is most likely set to 25565, or possibly 25566.

If it does not work after you've gone through all that, it's safe to say you are blocking traffic on that port.
