My server was offline for 40 mins and after that (going online) the server is not still unknow in the next 5 hrs , the server is running fine and it is recognized by other gts.

Not sure which server you are talking about.

If you need advice on managing your firewall, you will have to contact your server host.

If the server was banned, it would not be listed on the site and you would get a message when you attempt to add it.

27015 may not be blocking traffic in the firewall. It may just not be using the correct query protocol. I would suggest reinstalling and/or removing any extra mods/plugins you installed to see what is specifically causing the problem.

27031 is definitely blocking traffic on that port.

We've located the problem, since we are using reHLDS it wasnt recognizing the server, and we changed ServerInfoAnswerType 2 (Hybrid mode) since the 0 (New Style Source) wasnt working, with that we fixed one of our servers but in the public server the problem is still present.Anyone who think might resolve the problem be sure to PM or write here, there are much reHLDS present on gametracker.

Then hit few restarts.

Yea, I remember that being a problem. I don't know if the developer of reHLDS ever ended up fixing the problem on his end.
