Suggestion: if you include some sort of screenshot, it should actually support your position. Your screenshot doesn't show anything meaningful, unfortunately.

Regardless, all reports are reviewed within 24 hours. If you have reported it twice and nothing was done, simply move on. We do not ban random servers.

I can show you pictures from the server, there are bots on the server as long as you want to give them to you .

Servers are allowed bots that are identified as bots. There is no limit as they are not counted as players for the statistics.

As Burn has already told you; your screenshot doesn't show/prove anything proving a violation.
