Why you have deleted my server from ranking in gametracker.

Yesterday my server was offline because we had some problems with hosting company, meanwhile someone has stolen my server rank and changed the name and the ip address. you can see the server Decani Gaming Server(IP 151.80.45.12:27020) in the link below http://www.gametracker.com/search/cs/AL/?&searchpge=2#search
Please i'm sure you can help me with this.
You should have the history of the servers or something.

It is not possible to 'steal' a server on gametracker and change it's IP and port.
A server is identified by it's IP/dns and port, not it's name.

I can't help you without knowing which server is yours by IP and port.

Yesterday was at rank 1965, at 11 PM my server was offline because of some problems with my hosting company, but when the server came back online i couldn't find it in gametracker because the server i told you have changed the server name and edhe ip address and took my rank. You can see at the historical data of this server decani public server 9 hours ago had no players this was my servers history. And the favorite maps was to my server CsGames public server. Every statistics of this server was my statistics i don't how could he do it but he dit. Please help me.

Sorry, I see your IP:port was in your initial search string. I should have assumed that.

Unfortunately, the lack of recorded player times for this server only proves (as his profile confirms) that he claimed the server yesterday and recording of individual player stats started then.
The previous 30 days server history could be perfectly valid.

Burn may have access to more information, but it will have to wait until he comes online.

It remains virtually impossible to simply take over a servers stats and history without 'owning' both the gametracker registration and the physical servers.

As your server was down/unavailable, it would be impossible to do the name change required to claim it and change any settings.
The only possible way I could see this happening is if you were using dns to identify your server, and the dns was changed to point to a new IP (and server) to make it appear that the server was in fact online. In that case it would not be a gametracker issue as we do not control your dns/IP.

I think it much more likely that as your server was down, gametracker automatically removed it, and the next server in line assumed your position in the rank.

Again, I can't confirm this, but Burn may be able to.

I suggest that you add your server back and wait confirmation from Burn.

Your server was "removed" because your own server admin claimed it and [likely] used the DNS feature to move it over. For further information, please contact your admins. This is all that will be done.

That's the problem because i was admin in that server and it was me the claimer of this server in gametracker and i didn't do anything of these you are telling about.

Because your admin changed your server name on your end, claimed your server, and then did it.

There is nothing we are willing to do here.

Just so you are clear on this point; unclaimed servers do not track players, only server use.
So it is quite easy for a server to gain rank, yet have no player history.
