My server is not getting scanned properly. My server is always with 24+ players at an average but the graph doesn't go above 15 players. 25th rank is not the rank according to me. Servers which started after my server have gone to 15 and below rank because their server is tracked properly. I need a proper reply and a proper rank.

I can assure you that no on has singled out your server for 'special' treatment that would cause it to be scanned differently to any other server.

Therefore, your server is being scanned in the same way as every other server, and your server rank is calculated using the same algorithm as every other server.
