You have not supplied your server IP address or game type.
I assume it is Counter-Strike Condition Zero, but without the server IP I can not assist. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. I have edited your post to remove your internet IP address.
Use www.whatismyip.com to get your public IP. The address 192.168.0.100 is your internal network, not visible to the internet. You will have to use the port forwarding feature of your modem/router to make your game visible to the internet. I personally, would not run a public game server from my home PC/server, without knowing considerably more about networking and the risks. However many other people do this. There is some advice on these pages, but please understand you do this at your own risk. Gametracker does not offer support for this, but other forum members may be willing to assist if you have problems. http://www.lockergnome.com/fun-and-games/2013/04/03/set-up-a-server-gaming/ http://www.noip.com/support/knowledgebase/how-to-setup-and-host-your-own-video-game-server/ I am a community user. I have read some fantastically stupid things in other forums regarding hacking and security of game servers. It is also rare for home internet connections to have enough upload bandwidth to host a good quality server. ADSL by definition is designed to allow good download speed/volume, while restricting upload speed/volume. It is much safer to rent a dedicated server.
