Had to reload my server today, are you getting hit with DDS dos attacks? Server running now but something is not right with graphics when backing out of cod2 to adjust settings. Got to be on your end my other server runs fine on cod2. Check it out!

If your question is on GT Premium, support can be reached via the information in your premium page. They do not check these forums to my knowledge.

Keep in mind GT Premium can only help with technical issues with the service, like the restart button is not working, lag, etc. Any type of mod or plugin you use, what I imagine you are referring to, are your responsibility on GT Premium's self-managed service.
