The person that previously took care of our team page BIG Gaming is no longer with us. I was wondering how we could change the moderator or would we have to remake the team completely.

The first thing you should do is to contact the user by whichever means you have to try. They have the ability to transfer ownership to a new user. If after a week or more, you are not able to get in touch, you can post here with:

1) Link to page
2) Transfer from whom to whom
3) Have at least 2-3 GameTracker accounts post in here to vouche the change. The accounts should be on the team already and listed with a senior leadership title.

If you are not able to meet that, recreating the team would be your best option.
