I have 3 Counter-Strike 1.6 Servers with ips
185.25.22.247:27015 185.25.22.247:27016 185.25.22.247:27017 They are all online firewall is off and they are normaly scanning on HLSW |

Despite your claim, your servers do NOT respond when queried via HLSW. Of course, if you are querying from the same network, that would make sense. If you are hosting from home, you may also need to ensure the ports are open in your router. If you have a hosting provider, I suggest contacting them to make sure the firewall is configured properly.
