Scan my server on its private network

sir made a server by hlds and i chose network: internet the ip of server is: [192.168.10.37:27015] not i want to add to gametracker but it says: [We dont except private ID] now what should i do?? pls tell me sir and name of server is: [CS.HORROR.public]
