One of the following suggestions may help you:
Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:

You have told us nothing about your server;
Game type
IP address

query port

It is not possible to help without basic information.

Game type counter strike real battle its totally 1.6
IP address server ip is 192.168.10.37 and my public ip is 39.50.254.37

There is no server running at 39.50.254.37
It appears that you need to configure port forwarding on your router

NOW SIR TRY THIS IP IM SURE IT WILL WORK 100% try it it is working with me:192.168.10.37:27015

You need to understand; no one else can see your server on 192.168.10.37.
That is an internal or LAN address only available to your PC.

Your server must be visible on 39.50.254.37 (internet IP) (assuming that is your external IP).

SO sir tell me how to do it!???? WHAT TO DO IS MY QS JUST TELL ME WHAT TO DO TO UPLOAD MY SERVER?????????????
