My servers is active but in gametracker unkown why not active in gametracker so please help me

Sir my firewall its okey I have others clients and got update players got ranked its everything ok, only this ips 37.59.72.52:27015 something is not right Players is not scaned my name servers is not scaned so check in your script something OK
