Hello, my name is Azure Skyrin (Also on steam) and there is this server ive played on for about 2 years. The server is a TF2 (Team Fortress 2) server with no Admins, Mods or any sort of manager what so ever, and the server says its up for claims. Yet the original server owner abandoned it without changing the name to "GameTrackerClaimServer" before leaving it. And i want to know is there a way to change that or is it just RIP to that server management?

Someone please tell me if this can be fixed, because i really would want to claim this server since there happens to be no manager at the moment and the server has no mods or admins and is full of hackers.

There is no physical connection between owning/renting a game server and claiming it on Gametracker.

A game server must exist before it can be claimed.
The server you identify is alive and has players, therefore that server owner is paying to host it somewhere, and has not abandoned it.

Many servers have been added to Gametracker without the actual owner knowing that Gametracker even exists.

Taking ownership of a server in Gametracker gives no control over the physical server, only the web pages associated with it on Gametracker.

So in reality no server is ever 'up for claims'.
