So I must have logged in to a Server a while back as PLATO, but I play as Plato. So now it is tracking two game names. Plato and PLATO.

Can we get the name changed? Not a major issue, more of a personal request.

GameTracker tracks it in the casing it was first seen as.

However,

I just went in as PLATO, changed name to Plato, and it registered, showed Plato in Server, so I tracked that name. Now it gives error.

I want to get tracking on Plato not PLATO.

It may show the current casing in the Online Player list, but it will be counted with all forms of casing under the initially seen name in the historical data.

What you can do is send a message to the server owner requesting the original name be deleted on:

I *believe* that would allow it to change its casing in the history.

I may have fixed it. I logged in as PLATO, changed name to Plato. Took time to register but now Plato is there instead of the Player Not Found error.

Edit: I don't think it is working, unless a delay in Registering a new name to Main 1. Will try to contact someone to remove the old PLATO name.

So will it take a day or a week to register this new Plato name?

Okay so no fix. While I am playing it will show stat's for Plato, but after I disconnect and leave it a bit it goes back to Player Not Found. Trying to get someone on my end. Someone within Gametracker should be able to delete that PLATO account though?

We do require server owners to be the ones to delete any stats. We do not have any processes in place to verify that players are who they say they are and that is only them. Server owners can do it at their own discretion though.

Okay, update on this.

The owner has claimed the Servers, but can not access to delete the OLD PLATO account.

This is Gametrackers responsibility since the record is on your Servers. You guys have to delete the old PLATO account.
