I have problems with TOP 10 players list and player stats, they are empty all the time, here and on our website like banner.

Message in board:
"Players are not yet ranked on this server. New rankings are posted hourly."

I tried to reset player stats, but this didn't succeed.
What can I do?

Other than that, players just need scores (and the server needs to be claimed).

On multiple servers I can't see the points of players. Who knows or not at all. Many servers don't have claim. I have claim, so I should see although time of players. I might be wrong, I don't know.

GameTracker only saves player history when there are scores. If you run a game mode or mod that does not have / does not report scores, it will not save to the history.

Okay, so how other servers with surf modification (cKSurf 1.18) have history, points and times? I have cKsurf 1.18 too. It's impossible.

Why game rank server is other than highest and lowest rank?

I have never played CSGO, so I have no idea. Also, GameTracker does not develop CSGO nor any mods for it.

You can give your server some time to get in the ranks. You just added it.
