Hey there, I'm Owner of a server, but my account needs to be a week old, unfortunately due to one of our commands, the stats of a few users have jacked up greatly, I am wondering if there is any way to bypass the account needing 1 week to claim a server? I can provide all proof of ownership if needed by an administrator. I am just trying to solve the problem and reset that users' stats on gametracker.

I don't want to give the specific server name because, I know that there ARE sketchy people out there who will try to claim any server... So, if you need that information, please let me know in a reply and I will gladly give you the server information, and all proof of ownership within the server.

I am fairly new to Gametracker, so I'm hoping that this can be addressed rather fairly and non-assumptions of bad intentions, nor any flaming occur.

Sorry, it is not possible to change the waiting period.

That said, it is also impossible for someone to permanently claim a server that is not theirs.
As a server owner, you are the one with exclusive control over the server name, which must be changed to include 'GametrackerClaimServer' in order to claim it.
Even if someone could time it perfectly to claim it before you, your claim would supersede it, and changing the name back would instantly secure it again.

Just a reminder: 7 days is exactly 7 x 24 hours to the minute from the time you joined, and you may have to make allowance for your time zone.
