I think you need (needed) this;

Migrate Stats: This wouldn't do anything for you. You have no player stats because you did not claim it.
DNS: This wouldn't do anything for you. The ports of the servers are different. Rank only ever looks at 7 days of data, so it will not take long to regain your rank. Unfortunately, we do not have a process (and never will) to review your personal information and hosting bills in order to prove you actually owned the offline server.
