Hi I would like to know if the claim Server can be claimed again with another user without losing the ranking Server .

Yes, you may allow another Gametracker user to claim a server.
The rank is unaffected by this, in the same way it is unaffected when making a first claim. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
