Unable to add servers

Ok, I been trying to add 3 of my servers, and I kept getting "GAMETRACKER COULD NOT SCAN THE SERVER." message.

* Yes the server is online, and everyone is able to join and see in server browser.
* I haven't changed query port.
* I run DS(OVH) with fresh install of Ubuntu, I haven't setup any firewalls.

I am able to see all 3 servers online in server browser, and everyone is able to connect to the server.

I'm not sure why GT couldn't scan it. Maybe GT has placed OVH host on black list since spammers do sometimes use their service.

Servers I been trying to add (Garry's Mod):
darkrp.legionarygaming.com [192.95.37.50:27015]
ttt.legionarygaming.com [149.56.193.202:27015]
puzzles.legionarygaming.com [198.50.158.46:27015]

First, thank you for providing complete information. You wouldn't believe how many times we see "can't add my server" [EndOfPost]

Second, there are other servers on here using that host, so that shouldn't be an issue. In any case, normally if an IP is banned it will tell you it is banned.

Finally, I can't immediately see a problem.
I am able to ping the IPs (ICMP echo), however I get the same message as you when I try to add 192.95.37.50:27015 to Gametracker.
Pinging the dns names responds with the correct IPs
But, I am also unable to see game servers at those IP:port using HLSW.
That normally indicates that either the server is down, or that a firewall is blocking, or the IP:port is incorrect.

Are you on the same network, VPNing in, or anything? No servers seem to exist at the mentioned addresses.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

I agree, I still can't see any servers at those addresses.

The server is located on the east side of Canada(Qubec), and I live in west side of US. And I don't use any VPN. I also noticed some of my friends aren't able to join the server either.

I tried attaching one of my servers to main IP(158.69.122.205), and GT was able to scan it, so I'm guessing the problem exist with failover ip's, though I'm not sure what exactly is wrong. And not sure why I am able to see and join the servers, while others can't.
