Hi,

I am an officer of Konvict Gaming, it appears that our teamspeak information has been added to your website without our permission, the information for the server is incorrect, we have been having random guests join our teamspeak ever since, thinking that it is a free to use teamspeak when it is not, is it possible to have it removed from your site please?
It would be very much appreciated if you could assist with this.

You have a few options:

1. Password protect your server
2. Delete the sever page. This does not delete your server from any other site that may be tracking it.
3. Remove query permissions

Would not blocking the Gametracker scanner IPs (after deleteing the server) be effective as well?

Thanks for the reply and the useful links.
Unfortunately we can't take ownership. This is due to us having to change the name of the teamspeak, and this would damage the name of our community -Konvict Gaming-, and disorient some of the members we have. We have had this name quite a long time and it is necessary to keep everything as static as possible.
That being said, we didn't register our teamspeak on this website, and we would like to see it removed. It seems to me irrational and illogical that there would not be a way for the moderators of this website to remove our adress from the list, after our explicit inquiry.

You only need to change the name for a few moments while you take ownership

Alternatively follow burn's link (no. 3) to remove query permissions, or just firewall the scanner IPs
This should cause the server to be removed automatically after a few days.

As you might imagine, it would be against any common sense security protocol to remove a server without confirmation of ownership. (we get a lot of not so honest requests, believe me).

I am sure burn will add any comments necessary, the final say would be his.

Adding the string GameTrackerClaimServer to your name is only temporary. Once you click the button to claim, you should remove the string. Generally, your users will not even notice it was temporarily in the server name and even if they did, I don't believe it would be a traumatic experience for your community.

We only delete servers in cases of abuse. In certain cases, we will delete servers once the owner has already claimed the server page. At this time, we do not allow any user to request any server be removed from the site since that would be abused daily.

We do, however, provide multiple simple ways to solve the problem to your liking:

1. Password protect your server
2. Claim and delete the page (doesn't delete you from other sites, nor prevent you from being added again by your users)
3. Remove query permissions (blocks tracking, server would be automatically removed in future)
4. Block the scanner IPs (blocks tracking, server would be automatically removed in future)
