My TS3 not Scanning

Dear Admin, my teamspeak 3 server was scanning and working perfectly on GameTracker unfortunatelly since 3 or 4 days it's not scanning suddenly on gametracker my teamspeak 3 server ip : as domain ts3.dgcmasti.com query port 10011 & for client connecting port 9987 , please check it what is problem i have already whitelisted ip of gametracker & my permission's are assingned already too according to ur rules.. fix it my problem as soon as possible..

There is no server configured to run on port 9987.

You can confirm yourself, if you want, by going through the telnet steps.

Please make sure your server is configured on the correct port and then restart it.

any command for telnet which can fix this issue?
