Ok, it wasn't the case when I looked at the server before but I can see what you are seeing now.
The problem is the server has multiple players with the same name. While there are 15 players on the server now, there are 4 "Player" and 5 "SomeGuy". These will all show combined in the player list. (yours is also a completely different question than the topic here)
