Today on our TR server we encounter a failed scan that resulted in a tracking of 0 player while there were 10/16 players on line!! (added proof)
We know its normal that some times the tracking falls on in between “map change” resulting in a “temporary false scan” of 0 players The main problem is that the next scan was 10 mins! later we even encounter 15-18min!! all along we noticed that parallel UT2k4 servers are being scanned much more frequently every 2mins!! while we had to wait with a false scan of 0 players online as today for 10 mins!! We will really appreciate if you scan us more frequently to reduce this from happening again We added screenshots(clock times) proving server was full while on game tracker was registered as empty for 10 mins ![]() ![]() ![]()

GameTracker scans your server every 1-3 minutes typically. When your server is down or not responding across multiple scans, the delay between scans will be increased. The problem you noticed is your server not responding to repeated queries. I'm not sure what exactly you want GT to do; we can't make up what the query response is.
