My account isn't a week old, when I do try to claim my server, it shuts me down, probably because I've been typing the verification of human numbers wrong. As a result my server is now showing 0/0 connected even though the server itself is up. COULD someone fix it for me please.

It's saying the server is down/dead but I can't get it to come back up on gametracker even though I have it up on the actual gameservers website!

You can not claim a server on Gametracker until your account has been active for 7 full days.

While I can see that three other servers on the same IP (104.156.255.117) are being scanned, I can also see that many Starbound servers on other IPs are also being scanned.
It would seem most likely to be a network or configuration error at the server.
