Hi everyone!
I'm writing here because I have some problem with my TS 3 server, which is behind OVH firewall.
OVH reject any first connect, so yours statistic script must connect twice.

Can you upgrade it?

Hi,

Most likely not as I believe that would cause a lot of issues with TS3 servers thinking of it as a flood, but you can request that they improve their policy or whitelist the scanner IPs:

208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Thanks for the reply!
The addresses are added to the firewall as "allow" and to the TeamSpeak query whitelist.
Groups permissions are compatible with yours recommendations.

Communication via telnet to port 10011 TCP works: http://pastebin.com/uLdnFdt0

Here you have my firewall settings:

I said, that OVH have automatic anti-DDoS filters. When I want connect via telnet to my server, I must connect twice.
When I disable automatic filters, GameTracker is working, but I haven't DDoS protection..
Please, add double-connect feature to yours stats script.

Again, that would very likely trigger many issues for all of the other servers which don't have that strange network policy (in other words, probably most of the TS3 servers on the website). TS3 servers will detect it as flooding and block the IP. GT will not be able to cause issues for thousands of servers just so one does not.

If you are able to have them whitelist the scanner IPs so they can get around that policy, that would be the best option. The only other option would be for them to come up with a better policy.
