I don't have a lot of information about this bug, but whenever our server gets to 50/50 players it shows offline here.
Anyone know if it's possible to fix? http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/217.146.91.53:27065/

The problem is your server is not reporting the player list. My bet is it would be related to a mod/plugin you run since other servers report the players properly after 50 players.

Any specific addon I should look for? what kind of function would it use?

No idea here; I have never run a Garry's Mod server nor am I aware of the mods available for the game. The only (I think) other time I have seen this type of thing happen was for a game-wide bug that affected all servers.
