Joined: Oct 21, 2014 Posts: 4	I have contacted my server provider whom my TS is hosted and they said that all server settings are configured and yet It can't be added. TS3 specific advice (assuming the first link advice is followed)

There are over 11000 TS3 servers being successfully scanned, so it is well worth assuming that the cause is with your server/configuration.

Please provide IP and port (join and query ports) information if you need further assistance.

I'm now getting this, I was able to add the server
<17:29:28> "Unknown from 108.61.78.148:37206" connected to channel "Lobby"
<17:29:28> "Unknown from 108.61.78.148:37206" is now known as "GameTracker"
<17:29:28> "GameTracker" dropped (connection lost)

I stand to be corrected, but I believe that is the Gametracker scanner connecting to check your server stats.

108.61.78.148 is one of the Gametracker scan server IPs listed here;
