Our server (GameTracker Premium) has been down for more than 2 days now, and support seems to be ignoring me (sent multiple messages to support@gametracker.com over the last 2 days to which I still haven't received any response).
What is going on, and why is support not responding to my requests? Support ticket: UTK-315WA |

I will forward a note to the GT Premium support team, as they do not monitor these forums. If there is a technical issue with the service (ie. not a configuration/customization error), they will be able to look into it for you.
