Hi, the page for my KF server is gone.

If the server is offline for too long, it is automatically removed from the site. In this case, there is no way to recover what was deleted but you can re-add it when it is turned back online:

Ehh, that's 5 or more years worth of data lost, so it doesn't seem worth the trouble now.
